What are we building?
The internal application layer for the company: portals, field tools, intelligence dashboards, and the shared design system that other projects borrow from.

Where is it now?
Architecture refactor phases 1–3 complete and live-verified; phase 4 in progress. Z Mod portal live at zmod.nct-i.tech with Google OAuth and Gemini quota as standing blockers.

What happens next?
Finish phase 4 domain-predicate extraction and clear the OAuth blocker on the Z Mod portal.

What is broken or blocking progress?
Google OAuth consent and Gemini quota block two portal features. RLS actor-type gaps must be re-verified after each schema change.
