What are we building?
Replace the legacy bowling-center website and give the venue a real operations platform: scheduling, time-off, availability, announcements, and a content command center.
OBJECTIVE02
What problem does it solve?
One place for the public site and the staff back-of-house so the venue runs on rules, not sticky notes.
CURRENT STATE03
Where is it now?
Public website live with a 70-section content registry and draft/preview/publish. Operations platform migrated to Turso; Vercel connection for the ops app still pending. Backlog specs queued.

What happens next?
Visual review of the live site, then connect the operations platform repository to Vercel.

Deploys are manual (no GitHub link). Local admin password loose end in the ops platform.
